washing mountain

our washing machine has died. it wasn't sudden so therefore wasn't surprising and therefore i'm quite o.k with it. i'm even a bit excited to be getting a new one, our first ever new washing machine, delivered tomorrow. and its a cute front loading one that will sit on top of the clothes dryer. having two such machines sitting in the laundry , to be honest feels a bit extravagant. they suck lots of energy and water. (and my time actually) and i do feel guilty using them so damn often. what can a girl do , with three little kids and a dairy farmer husband. gosh..is that me? ...
apart from the washing mountain that is actually spread throughout the house..no exaggeration... awaiting the arrival of our new machine... the rain is coming down hooray! amelie had a great time with some puddles today and there is so much more green around....im not feeling the urge to dress myself from head to toe in green.

but....today i painted my fingernails orange. l o v e. so nice. but.... tonight i peeled the polish off my nails..... god i love doing that..
and did you watch brothers and sisters last night. damn i love that show. sorry i cant stop saying it...but it is really great. i think i love the mother the best. and justin. cute :-)
well its bed time for me.
no photos. i have no new ones. tomorrow,....i will take green photos.
and eat more fruit. because i dont eat enough.

i dont know what to do with myself. so i did some drawing while amelie played with some horses ..(not real ones) next to me.

i am counting on a little more space for my studio in our next home.
sindri is making my heart explode with his wonderful drawings that come so easily from him.
and seriously...what a miracle wattle flowers are.

i wish i had ten more hours in a day just for me to do something more with the thoughts in my head than to just think about them all.

Amelie and I found this sweet little wooden soldier riding his horse in a junk type shop in Bendigo. It's a pull along toy. . which I collect in case you didn't know. so cute.

Something happened today with a person who for some reason has always got on my nerves. I went to see her to ask her a question, and it turned out that she had two magazines sitting there waiting for me to lend them off her. . which she didn't know and either did i. funny that. Two magazines to inspire and help me on my journey...I was so excited. . I wonder if she was feeling the happiness lol ?...

I think every person in your life is there for a reason...and the ones that challenge you...they are there to teach us the most. As annoying as that can be.

In other news...I am quietly dreading the day that is approaching....when my sister and her babe go back to Japan. urgh, I think that is the sick feeling I have in my stomach at the moment.

oh and finally...you won't believe it because I certainly don't. Today I took Millie cat back to the vet... with pupils sooo big. We think she has been playing with snakes again. Snakes!!! and the $$$$$ for the anti venom. I need to buy her a tiara don't I. U N believable.

I've been trying to post on my blog for a few days now..... the first few days I was feeling lost for words..fancy that,,..... and then when I was ready...blogger refused to let me speak. so rude.

So anyway...here I am again.... and off i go to make some invitations for our big little boys 6th birthday party. Six. far out brussel sprout.

and now Amelie and Hana have matching dresses :-)

tonight we wowwed and aaahed at the magical brightness of this beautiful full moon. just amazing . i almost couldn't believe my eyes.

:-) what can i say?

we visited a little town today where it is normal to ride your horse down to the local bakery. a bit of a contrast to Tokyo I imagine.... it was a bit of a surprise to turn around and see this. Here is the friendly girl who reminded me of Pocahontas, sitting upon her friendly horse named Tango. Everyone in this little town seemed to be friendly and to say hello. we also visited great nanna. it was a lot of fun to surprise her. she is 85 years old and an amazing woman.

and Hana and her always reaching hands..reaching to grab, or to say hello with a touch of your face. precious.
